What was your favorite animated show/film growing up?

My favorite animated series growing up was The Powerpuff Girls! What I loved most was how the three main characters had such distinct, iconic personalities: from Blossom’s leadership to Bubbles’ sweetness and Buttercup’s grit. I always identified with the balance between Blossom and Buttercup; the show was one of the first I remember that proved you could be ‘girly’ and cute while still being incredibly tough.

What was your favorite animated show/film growing up?

My favorite animated show growing up was Dexter’s Laboratory. The colors were vibrant, the Dexter-Dede duo was beautifully chaotic and so unlike any sibling relationship I had seen at the time. And most of all, I loved watching the process of invention and science at work in real life. It was an awesome show!

What was your favorite animated show/film growing up?

Dragon Ball Z is my pick for this one. Growing up, I spent countless hours binge-watching episodes with my brother. The series brought action, drama, thrill, and humor to life in a way that kept us glued, not only to the TV but also to each other. Beyond the battles and excitement, the overarching story emphasized community, trust, and teamwork. Those themes resonated with me at a young age and shaped how I think about loyalty and family even today.
